What is your estimated shipping time?
Most of the time we are able to get an order out within a few days. We list our shipping time as 1-2 weeks to allow for those unexpected things that come up, and slow us down. Wholesale shipping is 2 weeks. We ship first class mail, or priority.
What is your return policy?
100% satisfaction guarentee on everything... DVD must be returned in original sealed packaging. If it should arrive damaged, please e-mail me so we can get it shipped back, and replaced at no cost.
